Coming Back to Center is a 75-minute portal gathering and sound bath designed to support grounded clarity, nervous system support, and gentle recalibration through reflection, movement, and sound.
We’ll begin with a short opening to arrive together, including two journal prompts, a card pull, and grounding + somatic-informed movement to help you land in your body. From there, we’ll transition into an extended sound journey using alchemy/crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and grounding tones to guide you into deep rest and integration.
