A nervous-system downshift: gentle grounding + guided meditation + live sound immersion.

2) Movement + Sound Reset (60–90 min)
Somatic-informed movement + breath + guided meditation + sound—designed to restore clarity and calm focus.

3) Half-Day / Full Experience (2–4 hours)
A deeper container with multiple segments (movement, meditation, sound, integration) tailored to your theme and culture goals.

4) Ongoing Wellness Series (weekly / monthly)
A consistent rhythm to support regulation, morale, and culture over time.

Every corporate experience is customized, but the signature arc often includes:

Arrival + Grounding (nervous system settling)
Somatic-Informed Movement + Breathwork (accessible, all-level)
Guided Meditation (focus, downshifting, or theme-based)

What you provide: a quiet room + basic AV/space guidelines (shared after inquiry).

Do we need yoga mats?
Not always. Many corporate sessions are chair-friendly or use minimal movement. If mats are ideal, we’ll advise in advance.

Is this appropriate for beginners / mixed comfort levels?
Yes. Everything is accessible, invitational, and trauma-aware.

Can you tailor the session to a theme?
Absolutely—stress relief, clarity, team connection, leadership presence, seasonal reset, creativity, etc.

How many people can you accommodate?
We can support intimate teams and larger groups; we’ll recommend the best format based on your headcount and space.

What’s your travel policy?

Do you provide receipts/invoices?
