This offering is for when you want more than a session—you want an experience. A beautiful container that feels intentional from the moment guests arrive: curated flow, sensory details, and a pace that allows everyone to settle, soften, and connect.

Every event is customized, but most follow this arc:

Guests get comfortable with cushions, blankets, bolsters, and pillows. -

A grounding journey inward. -
Live Sound Immersion + Vocal Toning
Crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and voice—often including humming/toning—crafted for deep rest and integration. -

FAQ
How far in advance should I inquire?
Ideally 2–4 weeks ahead for in-home events. For studio-based events or larger groups, 4–8 weeks is best.
What’s included?
Every event includes our signature arc: grounding + somatic-informed movement, breathwork/gentle mobility, guided meditation, and live sound immersion (often with vocal toning). Curated touches like tea + sweet bites, oracle pulls, and small gifts can be included depending on the format you choose.

Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes. Everything is accessible and guided. No yoga or sound bath experience required.

Do you provide mats/props?
For in-home events, guests should bring yoga mats and any pillows/bolsters they’d like for comfort. I’ll confirm what I can provide based on the event size and location.

Can the sound be gentler if someone is sensitive?
Absolutely. We can adjust volume, pacing, and instruments to support the group.

What if we need a studio?
If a studio is required, studio rental is additional and will be quoted based on venue and time.

What’s your travel policy?
A $100 travel fee applies outside Mississauga/Oakville. Outside of that is often possible, but please inquire to coordinate.
